Student/Parent Orientation

All Covenant Keepers students and parents (both new and returning) are required to attend orientation. Any students and parents who are not able to attend will have to meet with Principal Porchia for an entrance interview (new students) or a re-commitment meeting (returning students) before school begins on August 9th.

Orientation schedule is as follows:

6th grade–Monday, August 2nd 6pm

7th and 8th grade–Tuesday, August 3rd 6pm

9th and 10th grade–Wednesday, August 4th 6pm

Uniforms will be available for purchase during orientation.

First Day of School 2010/2011

Students will report for the first day of the 2010/2011 school year on Monday, August 9th. School will begin at 7:45.

2010/2011 Re-Enrollment forms are past due!

Parents, if you have not returned your re-enrollment form for 2010/2011, you must get this turned in by Thursday, May 20^th. If you do not get the completed form in by this deadline, your student will lose his or her spot at Covenant Keepers for next year. We have a waiting list of students hoping to receive a spot next year, so please make sure you have that formed turned in by Thursday!

It’s Registration Time….

It’s registration time for current 8th and 9th graders, here at Covenant Keepers. Covenant Keepers will register current 8th and 9th grade students for the 2010-2011 school year on march 4th and 5th from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Several parents took the opportunity to set an appointment for registration during yesterdays parent/teacher conference, many of you still need to set an appointment. You should be advised that due to our small class size it is important to pre-register for the coming school year. Students that register early will be guaranteed placement in their class. Without pre-registration, your child’s course placement may not be available next school year.

If you have not already choosen a registration date please as soon as possible choose March 4th or March 5th.
