We are actively seeking creative, energetic, passionate educators who share our vision of excellence and high expectations to fill new positions for the 2012 spring semester.

The ideal candidates will have solid classroom management skills as we value structure and discipline.  Our school does not tolerate misbehavior or insubordination, and we expect each of our team members to contribute to maintaining an environment conducive to learning.

Our teachers must be creative in engaging students with high interest activities and lessons.  We want our young scholars to have fun learning and to be exposed to new ideas and new ways of learning.

CK teachers must also be team players as we value cross-curricular learning and whole-school activities.  We often collaborate on lesson planning, generating ideas, and creating activities to get our students excited about learning.

We need teachers who are HQT as defined by the state of Arkansas meaning candidates should either hold a current Arkansas license in the field for which they are applying, or they should have a degree in the field.

Covenant Keepers is a public charter school and, as such, offers all state benefits. School hours are from 7:45am–5:00pm.  Teachers report from 7:15am–5:15pm.
